Tested it on Maya 2018 Win64 and it worked properly.

Installation:
-Run and finish the setup
-Copy and paste the contents of the crack folder to the bin folder in Qualoth install directory (C:\Program Files\FXGear\Qualoth\bin)
-Run Maya and enable the qualoth plugin for your maya vesion in the plug-in manager
-Enjoy
